Who doesn’t like Taco Tuesday?! Well you are going to love it even more with this EASY recipe!
What You Need:
1 Roll of Sugar Cook Dough
1 Tube of Whip Cream or Yogurt (use Greek yogurt to make it a little healthier and give it some tang)
Fruit to fill (any fruit of your choice. I prefer peaches, kiwi, and berries)
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. While the oven is heating up, cut 1/2 inch slices and place on a cookie sheet. Bake cookies for 7 mins or until firm, but still flexible. In the meantime, cut your fruit into bit size pieces to use later. After 7 minutes check the cookies, they should be done, carefully fold cookie over to give a taco shell shape and lay on one side. Place the tray back in the oven and let it bake for approximately 2 minutes or until a light golden brown. Once the cookies are finished baking let them cool 10 minutes. After they have cooled, place 2 tablespoons of whip cream or yogurt in the shell and sprinkle the bite size fruit pieces into your “taco.” Next and final step….ENJOY!
